Hi, how is everybody doing? I have just started winny (paperbolics) I started with 5mg a day for the first 7 days and have now increased to 10mg a day for three days now. I take one xenadrine every morning on an empty stomach and then do 45min of cardio and roughly 20-30min of weighted ab work. I take the winny 30min to an hour before my afternoon workout, which is a body part (back, chest, arms, shoulders, legs with one or two days off). I am trying to work out my legs twice a week, they are really small and need to grow. I also do 100 pull-ups three times a week because my lats are also too small. I take protein shakes and monitor my diet so that I am taking in 1.75g of protein per lb. (115lbs) and am consuming a total of 2300-2600 calories a day. My question is how can I improve or change my diet/routine so that I can weigh 125-130lbs and decrease my bodyfat from 14% to <10%? I have bought Clen and am not sure if I should cycle it with my winny or how to cycle it at all. I also don't know how to cycle clen. How does clen work with xenadrine? Should I use a different eca (people don't talk about xenadrine very much on this board)? I am really having trouble changing my physic. When should I start seeing results from the winny? So far, the only thing that has happened is that my skin has cleared up. PLEASE HELP! I need all the advice I can get.
