Fairly straightforward question here:
What is your preferred dosage & length of time you enjoy running EQ, that yields the results you look towards?
I always see the striking contrast between those who wholeheartedly view EQ as: "A garbage, weak-ass, do nothing compound,"...
Say you've got something coming up and you know you won't be able to train for several months. Would you go all out and risk injury? Would you do some crazy over training with workouts and 50 rep sets? Would you try to diet and get as lean or conversely as big as possible??
