:wave: Hi, everyone!
I'm a member and regular poster over on siouxcountry.com. I came across this board while browsing Forum Runner. I like that you girls (and guys) aren't afraid to talk about ANYTHING. LOL.
I competed in my first show (a non-sanctioned local event) a month ago in bikini, but I came in too hard. Ended up 5th of 6 girls. So two weeks later, I tried figure at an NPC show where I got a trophy...for 4th out of 4 girls. At that point, I wasn't carrying much muscle (though, I might not have even enough before dieting down). I've been eating like crazy since that show two weeks ago. I've filled back out some, which I'm happy about. My goal is build, especially my legs, the rest of the year, and compete again next year.
I had a coach for this prep who encouraged bikini, but I want more muscle than that...My heart is in figure and maybe even physique at some point down the line.
I'm 5'1" and currently about 107. I'm doing a 4-day split of 5x5. No cardio right now. I'm considering running Halo For Her, but I'm thinking I should spend some time eating and building on my own first.
