up too 271 lbs and cleaning up diet to get ready for my cuttting sorry have not updated in a week been working two jobs. but i lean abs are showing well stronger than ever and upped my proviron to 150 mg ed i have found my sweet spot getting very hard muscle and my sence of well being is better than it has been in a while. feeling good motivated and happy this psl gear is some of the best i have ever used

Thanks man I'm so tired I have to trick myself to get to the gym 6 days a week I have 8 days coming up where I'm gonna be at the beach sleeping in just doing cardio and taking a break with my family 19 of us most I have not seen In years it's gonna recharge me I'm sure of it I need to get to split days at gym am cardio fasting lunchtime muscle groups that my go for is the goal for mid July while I'm on vacation I'm gonna cheat meal as much as I can cause u know that 12weeks of low carb prep diet sucks

Gear up date the mast e and Proviron combo have my muscles so hard not ripped but hard I can't get oil in my triceps or delts unless I use a 23 ga pin ( normaly a 25 ga) will be adding halo @ 30 mg a day in a mth will stop Proviron then. The dbol and anadrol were fantastic done with both for a while got hella strong and great size out of that combo what a ride. Start cutting on the 20 th of July my doses are high I don't suggest this dose for anyone who is not gonna compete
freind of mine did this same cycle with outstanding results he placed first in his masters comp so here a go update on gear for cutting non-traditional style

sust 1500 a week I have done 3 g a week before
halo 30 mg ed
adex .5 mg ed
human evolution core burner 1 cap ed
diet will be mostley fish and turkey mid carbs

Back from beach first day at gym in ten day I did
good mornings, deads , squats , incline and flat press , last was squats heavy weight low reps of 8-10 great workout great pumps weight is 273 bf 10% meal was three lbs of ground sirloin and two lbs of fish threw day carbs were low just three sweet tatter the Proviron is giving me some super hard muscle tren at 800 has kicked in loving pal/ep gear gonna switch up soon to cutting pics coming soon thanks to all who are
