Why split Anadrol dose?? Best to take 1-2 hours before work out. You'll see better results, help you recover after as well.
Try swapping your tren and test doses, run 1000mg+ tren and 50mg test. You'll harden and become stronger and more dense. I promise you. Save your funds for GH as well, next cycle you will see bigger more dense hard look, more of a body builder look
 
Just my opinion bro, bit I would stop eating so much red meat and pork. High clean carbs and mote tate protien intake is the way to go. Creates more vascularity, and harder body. Pulls water into muscles. Keep your water intake high.
Macros should look like this:200lb bb
400-500 gram complex carbs
200 grams protien, fish and eggs, chicken not alot.
fats, don't worry about them you'll get plenty from protien sources. And omega complex intake.

Just my opinion log looks good.

Stop doi ng decline for chest. Waist of time. Ego lift for guys, mainly works triceps anyway. Start or finish with incline movements. It's more in portal to build across from shoulder to shoulder.
 
Declines are a waste of time? That is a relief, I have trouble getting a decline bench to do them, so not doing them means no more worrying about it. :)

droped the drol for now but I have to say best drol I have used in a while
