i just finished a bulker so mines bigger then i want right now but will be training twice a week and cut back cals and fat 100 each right & left side 100 legg lifts 100 knees up crunches. homie dont do cardio
Being on cycle make you more hypo sensitive?
It seems like it to me always hits me at around 3 to 6 pm after workout.
iam goint to start carrying some skittles or jelly beans in gym bag.
