My squat and dead lift are much more impressive lifts..Ive squatted near 500 and sure I could do it..I am sure I could dead over 5000..My bench is low due to MANY upper body injuries..i am working on it though..I fully intend to break the 315 barrier that is haunting me...My 225 max rep is getting better though..I am also not old but quite older than most of you youngins...lol
