Financial troubles.... who's having them??

Well the IRS is gearing up. They are buying shotguns. Can someone tell me why IRS agents are buying shotguns?

1. The first IRS agent that comes to my door with that better know the letter of the law or he is in deep shit. I do.
2. If that is the extent of their arsenal they have a lot to be concerned about. I have one. Along with several "real guns" 50 ft away they are nearly useless. I've hit a quarter at 200 yards with a 3006. I have the quarter and a witness. I'm literally at my wits end and a guy in a suit and tie holding a shotgun at my door will do little more than make me laugh hysterically.
