Hey girls(and guys) :P
I had some questions about my quest to get back into shape...

An ex of mine was telling me that I should start a cycle of clenbuterol to help me get back into shape, the only question that I have about that is whether or not Clen is something that I could start from, or is it something that should be considered once I've gotten back into a routine.

I was also wondering what the difference in effects would be between an ECA stack and just ephedrine and caffiene without the asprin?

Just as some backgroung info I'm 5'8 and 145, i'm not sure what my bodyfat% is but I'm guessing its up there :(
I have a started a pretty clean diet in****orating low fat high protein moderate carbs. I'm also beginning to do interval training on the treadmill 3x/week as well as other cardio 2x/week plus weights 3x/week.

I know there is no magic way to look a certain way, but any tricks of the trade would be really appreciated...thanks everyone, it feels really good to be back :)
 
It sounds like to me that your on the right track already. Give your diet and exercise a chance to do its job. It won't take that long to get results, just stick to it. You should get a base to start from, and then if you want to take it further you could take the drug issue under consideration. Clen. can be a very uncomfortable drug to use. You sweat alot due to a rise in body temp. And we all know sweating while you just sitting there in the air con. watching tv really isn't appealing. Just my opinion.
 
IMO, an ECA stack is much more effective than clen. clen is specifically a selective beta-2 sympathomimetic, primarily affecting only one of the three subsets of beta-receptors.

Ephedrine is both an alpha and beta adrenergic agonist.

yohimbine is also an excellent fat burner for women as it targets alpha receptors, something women have an abundance of in their lower abs, hips and asses. you cannot stack ephedrine and yohimbine though (you can stagger your doses throughout the day) as it is very hard on your CNS.

i would skip the clen, get yourself on a good diet, and start using and ECA stack three times a day. this would be you best bet.

Just so I am clear on this...you can take yohimbe and ECA on the same day, just at different times.....say 6:30 am ECA then yohimbe later in the day like before my workout??

I have some yohimbe and want to give it a try. HOw many times a day do you recommend the yohimbe?

i stagger my dose throughout the day.

eg~
8am~ECA stack
10am (pre-workout) yohimbine
1pm~ECA stack
3pm~yohimbine


i know a couple of hours doesnt seem like much, but it is. taking the compounds together, at the same time, is terrible on your CNS. but a few hours difference seems to be okay.

i would try taking it once or twice a day to start. they are usually dosed in 5 or 6mgs (yohimbine HCL)

i get unusual sides from it, they are almost "flu-like" sweaty palms, my body temp goes RIGHT UP (the other day, i was almost @ 100 degrees!) and..............

i drool:p my mouth constantly waters on it.

do not use yohimbine with any thyroid manipulators (cytomel) as they DO NOT work synergestically with each other, they actually work against each other rendering the results almost useless...
