Hey girls(and guys)
I had some questions about my quest to get back into shape...
An ex of mine was telling me that I should start a cycle of clenbuterol to help me get back into shape, the only question that I have about that is whether or not Clen is something that I could start from, or is it something that should be considered once I've gotten back into a routine.
I was also wondering what the difference in effects would be between an ECA stack and just ephedrine and caffiene without the asprin?
Just as some backgroung info I'm 5'8 and 145, i'm not sure what my bodyfat% is but I'm guessing its up there
I have a started a pretty clean diet in****orating low fat high protein moderate carbs. I'm also beginning to do interval training on the treadmill 3x/week as well as other cardio 2x/week plus weights 3x/week.
I know there is no magic way to look a certain way, but any tricks of the trade would be really appreciated...thanks everyone, it feels really good to be back
