PNBA Natural Bodybuilding Hall of Famer Chad Martin’s Blueprint to Boost Your Testosterone Naturally

PNBA Natural Bodybuilding Hall of Famer Chad Martin’s Blueprint to Boost Your Testosterone Naturally

Having healthy testosterone production is essential for optimal health. Testosterone boosts your libido, increases muscle mass, and gives you energy. Conversely, low testosterone levels cause erectile dysfunction, inability to gain muscle, fatigue, anxiety, and depression. Unfortunately, many men suffer from low testosterone, and it’s been declining over the past couple of decades. In this article, Professional Natual Bodybuilding Association (PNBA) Hall of Famer Chad Martin dives in on critical components to naturally increase testosterone.
Chad Martin is a PNBA Hall of Fame Inductee and placed in the top four at 2021 Natural Olympia in the Men’s Bodybuilding Grand Masters division. Chad Marin also writes health and fitness content and recently released a post on how to increase T levels naturally.
Martin noted that he’d often have teenagers and young adults come up to him and ask him what he uses as a testosterone booster. Martin replies, “I live heavy.” Before going into a lecture on the importance of diet, training, and rest.
He highlights that steroids boost your testosterone initially. But he also recognizes taking steroids will cause you to stop producing them naturally. He also mentions it comes with many side effects, including cardiovascular, liver, and kidney issues. Hence, it’s crucial to boost your testosterone naturally.

According to Chad Martin,
“You have to make your body strain so the brain’s hypothalamus and pituitary gland that control testosterone production will kick into gear and aid you.”
He believes that you have complete control over increasing your T levels through your diet, training regimen, and proper rest.

Diet
Martin says that vitamins, minerals, and nutrients are essential for T production. Martin stated:
“For most of the year I try to eat a lot of fish, bison and chicken to maintain necessary animal fats and sustain high levels of protein and amino acids.”
He also consumes foods high in magnesium and zinc. Although eating the right things is vital for testosterone, avoiding certain foods and your lifestyle play a role too. For example, Martin says to stray away from sugar, sweets, alcohol, and marijuana.
Training
Chad Martin states:
“one of the most important parts of training for more testosterone is finding your body’s limit of training as heavy as you can while avoiding injury.”
He’s a firm believer big compound movements, such as squats, deadlifts, weighted dips and pull-ups, barbell and dumbbell bench press, and Martin’s personal favorite, the sled, are the movements to maximize T production.

Rest
Chad Martin recognizes that rest is critical for natural bodybuilders. However, he stated:
“As a natural bodybuilder you have to pay even more attention to this due to the body has to heal itself naturally without enhancements.”
He mentioned that at least 8 hours of sleep, plus an adequate nighttime recovery formula, is recommended. Martin also emphasized that waiting 48-72 hours before training the same muscle group again to avoid overtraining (lowers testosterone levels).
Recap
Normal testosterone levels are vital for your overall health and wellbeing. It helps build muscle, increase energy levels, and avoid mental health issues. PNBA athlete Chad Martin’s diet, training, and rest tips will boost your testosterone naturally.

Larry Wheels Shares Update On Heart Health After ‘Abusing PEDs For 10 Years Straight’

Larry Wheels Shares Update On Heart Health After ‘Abusing PEDs For 10 Years Straight’

Larry Wheels recently shared his results from a trip to the doctor checking his major organs.
Larry Wheels is one of the most popular powerlifting personalities there is now. He has built an enormous following on social media with fans wanting to see his feats of strength including big weight for high reps. Recently, Wheels admitted to being concerned about his use of PEDs and shared an update on his health following a trip to the doctors.
At 27 years old, Wheels admitted that he has been using PEDs for 10 years now. In light of the recent string of deaths in bodybuilding, Wheels decided to get checked out to make sure his major organs were in good health. Cedric McMillan recently passed away. This was a shock coming after the devastating losses of Shawn Rhoden and George Peterson last year.

Wheels shared a video to YouTube to detail his own health but to also speak to other PED users out there.
“With recent events in the fitness industry – bodybuildersdropping dead to the heart attacks – it has left many of us concerned with our health. I’m talking about those of us who abuse PEDs and I have been abusing them for ten years straight now,” Larry Wheels said.
Since he was 17 years old, Larry Wheels had been using steroids to build the elite physique and strength that he has today. Wheels decided to finally get checked out after putting it off for quite some time.

At the doctors, Wheels went though an Electrocardiogram on a treadmill and Echocardiogram test. These are tests to identify different abnormalities such as irregular heartbeats, high heart rates, or blockages in arteries. Much to his delight, all tests on Wheels came back normal for his age.
“All of that checked out okay. I am shocked. I can’t believe myself after ten years of, well I guess not abusing as much as I thought I was, PEDs, my heart is, from what the doctor said, a perfectly normal healthy heart for a young man of my age.”
The doctors did reveal to Larry Wheels that his cardiac muscles were thicker than the average individual but this could be from his level of intense activity. An athlete’s heart goes through physiological changes during this activity.
Wheels continued in the video to speak on the deaths in bodybuilding and explained that this is the reason he went to the doctors. He ended his discussion with a call to action to other PED users and those individuals in bodybuilding and strength sports.
“This is a message for all those out there who might be using PEDs and who decided not to get checked up. You may not be as lucky as me. The problem is that if you wait too long and you have the symptoms, you have the pain in your chest or you have irregular heart rate then maybe too late.”

After graduating from college, Callie Bundy started lifting weights and training regularly. She soon developed a liking for bikini contests and decided to compete in a show.
Callie Bundy competed in her first bikini show in 2011 — National Physique Committee (NPC) Eastern USA Championships, placing 11th.
After the humble start to her competitive bodybuilding career, Callie went back to the drawing board and started working on her weaknesses.
Her hard work and dedication paid off as she bagged a runner-up finish in her second show — the 2012 NPC Metropolitan Championships. She outdid herself in her next contest by winning the 2012 NPC Jay Cutler Classic.
2012 proved to be Bundy’s competitive bodybuilding career’s best year as she also won the NPC Bev Francis Atlantic States the same year and then took a third-place finish at the 2021 NPC Team Universe Championships. Training
“Slow progress is the real progress” is Callie’s training philosophy.
Bundy emphasizes the importance of enjoying your fitness journey. Most people who treat their training and diet program as a chore usually give up on the process as soon as it gets hard.
Callie Bundy loves training her glutes and hamstrings. Her lower body became her strongest suit after years of training. The same is true for her abdomen. Bundy had to train and diet hard to reveal her abs.
Some of Callie’s favorite exercises include good mornings, squats, and shoulder press. The former bikini competitor credits the squat for her gluteus development. She also reveals that shoulder press gave her the most intense arm pump.

Workout Routine
Callie trains daily, and these are some of the exercises she does:

Crunches – 4 sets of 30, 25, 20, 15 reps
Leg raise with hip lift – 4 sets of 30, 25, 20, 15 reps
Box squat jumps – 3 sets of 30 reps
Full sit-up on stability ball – 4 sets of 30, 25, 20, 15 reps
Cardio – 40-50 min

Nutrition
Callie Bundy was never a fan of dieting before starting her fitness transformation. She believes that she had a fast metabolism because of her active lifestyle and could get away with occasional unhealthy eating now and then.
However, Bundy knew she would need to follow a strict diet program to do well in a bikini contest. She started seeing improvements in her physique as soon as she started following a personalized nutrition plan, making her keener to step on stage.
Callie believes that an individual should never suppress their cravings for too long. Although she mostly eats healthy, she lets herself loose whenever she craves something.
“I don’t really get cravings, because I don’t really deprive myself of anything. I figure if you want it, have it. Otherwise, you slowly eat everything else in sight but that.” — Callie Bundy on cheat meals
Diet
Callie Bundy eats a high-protein diet that consists of lean proteins such as chicken, fish, and steak. Rice, sweet potato, fruits, and green vegetables are her primary source of carbs. Finally, she relies on chia seeds, olive oil, nuts, and flaxseed oil to meet her daily fats needs.
Bundy also recommends eating nutrient-dense organic food whenever you can. “Whenever possible I will buy organic,” said the former bikini athlete.
Callie’s favorite cheat meal includes wood-fired or brick oven pizza with cherry peppers, mushrooms, sausage, pepperoni, and onions.
According to Callie, patience, consistency, willingness to improve with every workout, and having a goal are some of the most important prerequisites for a successful physique transformation.

Eddie Hall Honors Bet With Hafthor Bjornsson, Gets Tattoo

Eddie Hall Honors Bet With Hafthor Bjornsson, Gets Tattoo

Eddie Hall gets tattoo after losing bet to Thor Bjornsson.
Eddie Hall proves to be a man of his word as he honors his bet with Hafthor “Thor”Bjornsson, getting the tattoo they agreed on. Having lost their boxing match Hall was supposed to get a tattoo stating, “World’s Strongest Man: Thor Bjornsson”. Well it appears that the 2017 World’s Strongest Man has made good on his promise.
The battle between Eddie Hall and Thor Bjornsson didn’t disappoint at all. Both men showed that they prepared adequately for the bout. Neither man would back down, pushing themselves to places no one thought they’d go.
Combat sports is unlike any other sport out there. Sure, you can be pushed to the limits and be faced with sides of yourself you didn’t know were lurking underneath. But in basketball you don’t have to worry on that while at the same time having a fist flying at your face. It requires a different kind of mindset to go to war and it’s clear that both Eddie Hall and Thor Bjornsson have that in spades.
Now that both men have shared the square circle, they have discovered things within themselves and each other they likely never could have imagined.
Man of His Word

With Eddie Hall losing the match however, he had to make good on the bet he made with Thor Bjornsson. While many questioned whether Hall would follow through or not, a recent post to his Instagram page showed that he is a man of his word.

Being a man of my word ?
Monies is imminent to charities and Larry! Onto the next chapter in my life ? #ManOfMyWord#BeAMan #OwnALoss #ReMatch
Big Love
The Beast

Eddie Hall showed that he’s a man of his word and kept his promise to Thor Bjornsson. Now all fans can do is wait to see if the two agree to a rematch.

WATCH: Mike Tyson Repeatedly Punches Unruly Passenger In The Face On Plane

Mike Tyson allegedly got fed up with an intoxicated passenger behind him during their flight.
Mike Tyson is known for having one of the strongest right hands in boxing history. If there is one thing that you do not want, it is to catch one as a regular person. That was the fate of an unruly passenger who was sitting behind Tyson on a flight. A video, reported by TMZ, shows Tyson repeatedly striking the man in the face.
Tyson was on board of a flight going from San Francisco to Florida on Wednesday night. The incident occurred around 10:30 P.M. after the man apparently would not leave Tyson alone. Other passengers claim that the former champion was very open to those wanting pictures and to have a conversation. The man allegedly kept provoking Tyson even after being told to stop.

Mike Tyson was seen in the video throwing multiple punches at the man, whose face was left bloodied with cuts. The man was given medical attention and later went to the police. There has been no comment made from the police. Also, JetBlue and Tyson’s camp have remained quiet on the incident.
This has been an interesting week for Mike Tyson, who was recently in the news after his appearance with Joe Rogan. After getting high with the host, Tyson made a comment about having wealthy people kidnap the homeless and hunt them on their estates.
“This is what happens. They take these homeless people off the streets. Put them in there, take them to one of those special hospitals. Then, they take them from the hospital, all drugged up, take them to these large estates, property — ‘let’s hunt’ – run!”

Tyson has also been in talks of getting back in the ring to take on one of the Paul Brothers, but that seems very unlikely given his stance on the celebrity boxing scene. Tyson has since created a line of edibles and believes that there is more coming on that end.
To this point, there has been no comments made on the incident involving Mike Tyson and this man on the airplane. When the story comes out, there will be updates provided.
