               Prison is not a nice place to be but there are people serving years in there. Those who have never been there have varying perceptions about prison life. However, nothing is further from the truth; prison limits a person’s freedom a lot. Even so, there is plenty of free time in and out of the cell to do a couple of activities. Some inmates prefer reading while others just chat the day away. However, there is a group that is more concerned with their physical wellbeing. Bastrop Federal Correctional Institution, Texas
             It is among the most populous prisons in the state but that does not strain its gym facilities. Inmates get to wind their boredom away using a variety of workout equipment in the facility. Additionally, prisoners are first taken through a medical exam before they take part in various activities within the prison.
Champ-Dollon Prison Switzerland
            Champ-Dollon was once notorious for overcrowding and violence among inmates. However, reforms have seen the conditions in the prison improve greatly. As of now, the prison boasts of triple-occupancy and good facilities. Champ-Dollon fitness center is among the best there are with quality equipment. The gym section is also spacious to accommodate as my inmates as possible at a go.
HMP Addiewell, Scotland
             This facility is more of a learning center than a prison. That explains why it has a good gym section where inmates can work out and feel fit. With a population of approximately 700 prisoners, HMP Addiewell’s programs are geared towards giving prisoners a purposeful life. Part of that plan is to provide them with world-class gym facilities.
Mahanoy State Correctional Institution, Pennsylvania
              Sitting on a 222-acre piece of land, this luxurious facility is considered the best in the United States. The prison does not only offer mental health programs and rehabilitation but it also provides fitness programs. Its expansive workout area is the envy of other prisons. Most importantly, the facility houses many immigrants who take English classes as a second language.
Justice Center Leoben, Austria

It is one of the few prisons where infants are allowed to stay with their incarcerated parents for the first year. Combining Vitamin D With Whey Protein Increased Muscle Mass

It might be beneficial to add mushrooms to your post-workout whey protein drink.

Since Covid 19 hit, vitamin D has increased in popularity tremendously because it has immune-boosting benefits as well as a host of other good things. Vitamin D is beneficial to bodybuilders. In the past, I would recommend daily Vitamin D intake if one is not getting a lot of sun and outside activity or they were infected with Covid. However, a new study came out that might have me recommending Vitamin D regardless if one is not getting enough sun or not.

Why It Matters

The study just published a couple of months ago concluded that a combo of 25 grams of whey protein isolate and Vitamin D increased muscle mass and strength. (Subjects also weight trained)

That being said, you should know that Protein Factory has the best protein powders in the world. But what about Vitamin D? I suggest getting Vitamin from mushrooms or mushroom powder. Believe it or not, mushrooms that are exposed to the sun for longer periods of time have MORE vitamin D! I would go to a local farm to buy my mushrooms.

Mr. Olympia takes place every year, and many goodies come the winner’s way. Every former champion in this contest has his secrets and every Mr. Olympia’s secret to win the title is a unique strategies that helped them clinch the title. These amazing muscular men have been generous enough to share their tips on various platforms. In this article, we shall be highlighting the strategies they used to emerge on top of everyone else. Note that some of them have won the title more than once, so we want to know how they pulled that off.

Larry Scott (1965-1966)

          Larry Scott was the first bodybuilder to win the Mr. Olympia title in 1965. Through his website larryscott.com, the muscular man detailed how he prepared for the title and went ahead to win it. Scott highlights 33 strategies that would give any bodybuilder that dared to follow them a competitive edge. However, #29 is the most emphasized point, where he mentions pain zones. Chris Dickerson (1982)

          Although he was a one-time winner, Chris Dickerson was a formidable opponent on stage. The bodybuilding legend focused on his diet and centered on many natural vitamins, carbs, and protein. However, the most intriguing part of his training is the ‘meat and potatoes’ shoulder training exercises. Apart from that, Cutler also did the seated dumbbell overhead presses. These two exercises combined gave him an enviable upper body structure. For a man who worked on the family concrete business to save for a gym membership, winning the Mr. Olympia title was a befitting reward.
Dexter Jackson (2006-2008)

          Jackson also emphasized building quality muscles for long-term benefits. He weighed 215 pounds at 39, a 78-pound increase from 21 years. Arnold Schwarzenegger (1970-1975, 1980)

Jay Cutler (2006-2007, 2009-210)

A lover of chicken and rice, Elssbiay would occasionally spice up his meal to make it tastier. Big Ramy would walk on a machine, then moderately for 30-40 minutes a day.
