Has anyone done IGF precontest. I am 4 weeks out right now, is it to late to start? Do you run it all the way to contest day or stop a few days out?

Yep- used it for my last show.
I keep getting bruises, big ones, alot with the IGF. Quess I keep hitting viens. I even did one SQ in the stomach and got a huge bruise from it. Have two now. One in the chest and one on the leg. Looks like Ive been in a car wreck. They last about a month also. I just do them in shoulders now so that dont happen. It would suck if I had to step on stage with one of these bruises.
maybe that is just how u react to the stuff brutha, you dont hear of this very often and when u do it doesnt last a month, i hear of the burning and the the little knots you get but bruising wouldnt have anything to do with the compound itself or any type of compound, bruising i would think is from hitting bad spots , guess it sucks to be you,lol
did u do it like i posted above or go straight through on it
u can still run it 3 weeks and drop it last week before show
Why would you drop it the last week?
yeah Im a pretty vascular guy when i lean out. It just sucks cause it looks awful. I mean the bruise's are bigger than my fist and are dark purple. I like when it burns, makes me think i got it in good. lol
The reason it bruises is because of weak capillaries. Are you on something to control cholesterol? If you are, that is one of the most common causes of it. Policosanol, for example, controls cholesterol, but it will cause the capillaries in the skin to weaken and bruise easily. It can happen with regular drugs like simvastatin, etc. as well.
