no yoke pasta...

ok, not exactly carb free. but these noodles are made from egg whites on corn starch.

i made a casserole tonight that is to die for.

how do you make a casserole?

cook up your egg noodles.
put half your egg noodles down
add layers. I added 4 layers tonight. spinach, tuna, tomato, broccoli.
then another layer of noodles.
(cheese on top of that is wonderful)

oh- the spinach...dont cook it. Just take the leaves and spread it down.

cook for 45 minutes at 350.

sounds awesome ill stick with my no carb noodles haha. I hate dieting but it will pay off hopefully.

add some hot sauce!!!!
haha, i have never been a hot sauce kind of person but i am so sick of eating eat whites at the moment that i did try some Texas Pete on them the other day...oh my, i got them down but that was the cure for my EVERYDAY plain egg whites...lol...

Texas Pete isn't hot sauce bro........this is hot sauce.

Look at the "hot" tobasco sauce at the bottom with a measly 2140 Scoville rating. Some of this stuff is so hot you use a drop from an eyedropper for a few gallons of chili. Hot enough to make your throat bleed!! :D

lol

Jesus i wouldnt be able to touch that stuff  I like a little spice but god damn.

495 bucks for hot sauce holy shit.

lol. Yeah some of those are collector's items. You would never need pure capsacin rated at 16 million scoville units. That would just be something to have if you're a hot sauce fanatic. Some are limited production and all that crap.

I love spicy things too, but that hottest I've ever had is habaneros, which were hot but not unbearable. There are some videos on YouTube of people eating Naga Jolokia peppers which are supposed to be the hottest pepper in the world. Some are kind of funny.

one thing my wife complained about was it didnt stick together very well.

a couple cans of Cream of mushroom would do the trick

hottest shit I've ever had was called "One Fucking Drop at a Time"
that really was the name of it. And a very fitting name at that

here is a pasta that you might want to try-goes down easy
kinda a rip off of what Ernie Taylor use to do

microwave 2 cups of rice for 12 minutes
then add a small cup of chicken noodle soup
4 cans of tuna or canned chicken
then zap that for 3 minutes

eat what you can-fridge the rest for a good post workout meal
