I have just started the last couple weeks to do some forearm exercises. Im just curious how many folks work them alone or just allow them to be worked through other sources. Mine have hardened up a good bit in the last two weeks by the way.
Best forarm work ive gotten are from using heavy grips and just grabbing a dumbbell and holding it parallel to my body and lifting it 45 degrees from my body up and down almost like jerking it haha. Ive added about an inch to my forarms alone from this, but it might not be as effective for ya.
I work my forearms by themselfs every week. Always have. Do atleast 10-15 sets for them. But I guess thats why mine are as big as most peoples upper arm, haha.

i work forearms and calves twice a week. noticed difference in calves, but nothing seems to work for my forearms.
but my arms are long and skinny, and I dont wanna look like popeye with forearms as big or bigger than my upper arm.
