I was sitting around this weekend and started thinking about how in all my years (dont even ask) my motivations for training have gone round in circles. When I was younger i was motivated by self determination and rage, driven to not follow my own fathers steps I hit teh gym but in the last 30+ years those motivations have often flipped form one thing to another.
