how many calories are you eating daily? my maintenance is about 4500+ calories right now. im eating 5200+ to gain. tell me about hardgaining. and im still a pretty small guy.

Thanks for all the advice. I ideal weight would be 175lbs but I will happy if I reach 165lbs.

I'm not trying to hammer on you or anything, but you are 155 and want "ripped muscles" and "can't find time to eat". It seems to me that you neither have the desire, nor the resources to accomplish your goals. Looking like a bodybuilder or sporting an impressive physique isn't an easy task and certainly isn't something for people that can't find time to eat. This is a pretty much never ending lifestyle. Be honest with youself, what you want and what you are willing to sacrafice.

I have been working out since I was 16. I tried to keep up with it in college by going as often as I can. In my 20's I joined ballys but wasnt interested in gaining or become muscular. After the membership expired I joined 2 other gyms just to stay active. I was just going to the gym to stay in shape. I was flipping channels the other day and I saw these mma dudes who were 155lbs and were rip that is why I was asking this question. If I had to average the amount of calories I would guess 2000-2500. I know, its not enough.

You still havent posted your diet bro, you want help or not? Post your diet and we can tel you what your doing wrong or right, and guide you in the right direction. But before you decide you want to do this, you might want to think about what its gunna take, time, money, sweat, not gunna be easy, but definetly doable

I agree with what LeatherHead has to say, except for the Smoothie King (we don't have one close by for me to be an expert on that). Get a quality protein powder. (I get good stuff at http://BulkFoodsDirect.com) Do the exercise routine LeatherHead mentioned. Keep doing cardio. You will lose a little bit of fat, but you should definitely bulk up and get to the weight you want with the added muscle.

Also, how do you not have time in your day to eat 5-6 times? Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and add a protein shake or bar in there twice (or the smoothies from Smoothie King). Eating often will keep your metabolism going to help you burn some of that fat. And if you include more protein in those extra meals, that can help with muscle building/recovery.

Good Luck!
