Idiot, people can say Bush was a dumbass and talk about how much damage he did to this country in 8 years. But compared to Obama he's a damn genius atleast he didn't try to take all out freedoms away like Obama is doing. If he's elected to a second term I'm leaving the country.

My Aunt Maggie grew up in a military family, and her father and brother were very high up in the military. Her brother would have breakfast with Colin Powell and then they would pray for the day. Mr. Powell knows President Obama well and if he says he's a great man, I believe it. No one is ever happy with who's elected. That's just democracy. There will never be a perfect president who makes everyone happy with his/her policies. There will always be people who hate/dislike who's in office. Now, if Sarah Palin is ever elected I'm for sure leaving the country lol. Goddamn she's annoying. And shooting wolves from a prop plane? Sick!

Hello fellow PETA friend! So glad to find an Ingrid supporter! She's pretty radical, but has great ideas. And her people have done so much. I used to go by the handle PETA LOVER on the boards but got flamed so so bad by other bb's. They would post pictures of people eating puppies and kittens in like China and Korea just to try and get a reaction out of me.
People-Eating-Tasty-Animals, sorry I had to, I could resist. I saw a bumper sticker with that on it.

Just don't post pics of animals being butchered or tortured, that shit is just wrong and evil. I hope God was watching when those fucks on that board did that to me and laughed. I think there's a special place in hell for people who abuse animals and children.
Do you have any idea what wilflife would be like if people didnt hunt? The deer population is on the rise even with all the animals harvested every year. The death toll on the highways would skyrocket, animals would start to litter the streets as their natural resources would begin to dwindle. Same would go for not fishing. Ponds and lakes would stem of disease etc. I believe in management. I love animals. When its not hunting season i will find myself in the woods just watching the wildlife because i enjoy it so much. I also believe in ethical land management. Which means you have to take some of the animals off or you will be looking at genetic mutation and a terrible heard health wise and looks.

That's one of the stronger arguments. We PETA people have ours. I won't get into them cuz it tends to make people flame. But basically we also have our own evidence that wouldn't happen.
Do you realize the average American turkey has not had sexual intercourse to reproduce in a very very long time? They are given hormones now to procreate. So for Thanksgiving this year you ate a genetically engineered turkey. Who the hell knows what kind of drugs are given on top of the hormones?
factory farming is the cause for much of global warming, that's not just speculation it's been proven. The cruelty of it aside, it's very damaging.
We should have just stuck with nature's way of doing things like the Native Americans.

The basic thing about animal rights is that we shouldn't abuse them. I like to look at it from an American Indian type of perspective as well: They needed to hunt animals to stay alive and respected what they took down. They used the whole animal if possible and didn't waste much. While humans can live on vegetables and grains alone, it is much more difficult to maintain a healthy life than when meat is used sparingly--note I'm not touching on bb'ing here. The human animal is by genetics or creation...an omnivore, not a herbivore. My personal opinion is that if you're going to use animals for meat, then they should be used only as needed like the Indians did. That said, I don't agree with Obama's limiting of the fishing industry. Even with the perspective I just described, it would be wrong.

I get all my meat free range, even my beef. It is hella expensive but I have a very wealthy father figure who supports my body building lifestyle. Those animals at least have a life before they die, are not in cramped diseased places, and are allowed to socialize with one another. My next door neighbor is a butcher so he hooks me up with the leanest meats. I will go back to being vegan when I'm done with physique modeling/competitions. I have met and interacted with too many farm animals to believe they are lower forms of life than we are. We are too damn proud, and that pride will bring about our fall. All creatures on this earth must be respected. We do not respect them, nor our earth. We will pay for this dearly, and soon.
Get to know a pig and you will learn quite quickly they are smarter than dogs. Get to know a cow, and you will find they are extremely curious, gentle, and affectionate. Get to know a group of hens and it's like watching Sex and the City. They have their own little social groups and love to interact with each other, they have their ways of communicating with each other, and will often baby sit for each other.
Every spring when I was a kid living on a farm, a doe would give birth to twins and come to our apple tree every morning. It was just in her DNA to always have twins. She would knock an apple down, and split it in half and give one half to each of her fawns. Just like a human mother.
I was extremely healthy and even more crazy athletic as a vegan. I used to do a mile of walking lunges with a bar on my back on leg days. Vegan. Then I'd run 10 miles. I was very muscular, very healthy, and my stamina was insane. I did SEAL training on my own, I got a book and learned how to train like a SEAL. All as a vegan. People in my gym thought I was going into the military when I started doing one armed pull ups. Yeah you heard me right, single arm pull ups. Vegan.
We don't "need" meat anymore THESE days. Yes, back in the day we did. But in this generation, nope. Too many great and equal alternatives. Here's a pic of my back when I was vegan and doing SEAL training. No, I wasn't a heavy weight, nor was I training to be a body builder. But living a cruelty free lifestyle is easy enough to do. Even though now as a body builder beef amino's make a big difference in how I put on muscle, I still live cruelty free by not wearing or buying anything leather or fur or suede. That fur trim on your coat? Most sales people will say it's raccoon. Nope. 90% of the time it's either puppy or kitten. From China. I shit you not. I've got plenty of proof and pictures. I'm not a zealot I'm just telling you the truth. So each time you eat your meat, maybe stop to think and give thanks to that animal's spirit, for nourishing you while it suffered atrocious things in it's short lifetime.
Im talking about in the wild. Since we were talking about fishing rights, wild turkey and deer repopulate just fine believe me. The average DOMINANT american wild turkey has sexual intercourse many times every year. Thats why the turkey population is still on the significant rise. Smaller less dominant birds not as much since they get ran away from the hens. April 6th im bringing home some thanksgiving dinner

There most certainly aren't many wild turkey's left. Where are you getting your data? And no one would restrict where deer can and can't go. Nature takes care of her own, always has and always will. That is unless we interfere and fuck it up. Nature is cruel. Overpopulation is bs. Some deer do starve and die, but the propaganda the hunters try to put out just isn't fact. Take 10 minutes and just look up some numbers of wild turkey. Back in the 60's there were a measily 30k birds in the US left. This was one of the greatest growth in species in history. Today there are over 6 million and growing every year regardless of how many are harvested. Depending on the state of course it is very common to see flocks of 80 or more wild turkeys wandering about. Nature is not cruel at all, you are correct she does take care of it. Over population certainly is not bs. If nature was the only thing on earth then it would be BS, but for humans to coexist with animals they must be harvested to some extent. If not you have more and more problems, like deer running through city banks and shopping malls. This happens look it up. the number of accidents caused by deer on highways look it up continuing to grow. I get my data from wildlife game rangers that i am friends with and also hunt with. Nobody said you were an idiot, you devoted your life to animal rights, thats great i love animals as well. Why do you continue to eat animals if you feel so strongly about the subject? Why would you get 'triggered' whatever the fuck that means by talking about animals and numbers of species with someone? If you get that upset that easy maybe the internet isnt the best place for you?
