Disclaimer: My photos are lame. I'd really like to be growing as fast as Presser, but I need to smack myself on the head and get my diet in check. I've gained strength and maybe even a slight bit of size, but my weight has remained unchanged--I guess that means I've leaned out a lot at the same time. My legs have been a challenge to say the least. They're finally growing slowly, but you can see they are still not big enough and hidden by my shorts.
I'm working on getting my diet fixed though that is slow-going, and when I have it more in place, I'll get some goods and get growing much faster. My ultimate goal is 230 at 8-9% bf. I don't know if I really want to be any bigger than that, and with my thin frame, I don't even know if my body will support that so here's hoping.
The first pic is from September 2009--I still have my MC tank-top. The other two I shot Wednesday--sorry for the blur, it's kind of hard to hold the camera steady right after a hard workout, lol.
