Im about 5 weeks out from being ready for my next cycle and need some suggestions on where to go...I'll give you some background again...

1st cycle - dbol only-6weeks
2nd cycle - test e 250 deca 250 a week-10 weeks
3rd cycle - test e250 tren e 250 a week-10 weeks
4th cycle - BUNK shit..
5th cycle - test e 500 dbol 50mgs a day - 10weeks

Other than my first and 4th cycle I really noticed some gains and I looked good and felt good, but I struggle with my gut...when my gut gets big on cycle I get a little down thinking Im fat all the time...

I have recently been slimming down and trying to loose fat and any excess to my gut that I can before starting another cycle, I also need to do a super super clean diet this time...

My sauce experience always seems to be around test e and Im wondering should I try something different? The other thing I notice is I seem to loose 98% of my gains after the cycle is over using the above...Im wondering if I ought to switch up the gear..

Thoughts?

on a side note...I did think of re-doing my last cycle of dbol and 500m of test e a week...I really liked the way I felt on that cycle...but I have always heard not to repeat them back to back like that...that true?

you can repeat cycles back to back. maybe a test(sust), tren E, and primobolan cycle would work good for you. Might aswell through in some dbol too at low dose.

I loved the last cycle, I felt GREAT and the results showed quickly...I think I might switch to the sust and tren e with some dbol but dosage? and anti's?

Monday the 12th Im starting clen again (2 weeks on, 2 off) to loose more bf until I start again..

Maybe I stated that a little wrong...

Im loosing lots of water gains...my standing weight off cycle has always gone up 4-5 lbs after a cycle, but I have HUGE water gains on cycle. The last cycle I started at 210lbs and got up too 228-230ish and after I lost the water I was standing at 214-216lbs so maybe 98% was a little high...lol I've worked my way up from 180lbs.

Im down to 200lbs now, but I have been eating much less and out of the gym for 4-6 weeks as my wife and I just had a newborn...because Im eating less my bf has dropped significantly and Im trying to get leaner than I have been in a long time before making a run at bulking up again..

when Im bulking up I always seem to focus on my belly and when it gets bigger I get seriously discouraged, even though the rest of my body looks good and is growing...my abs are a HUGE downer for me.. hence im trying to get super thin and start over with a super clean diet and staying away from McDonalds...lol
 
I would say, maybe do a longer cycle than 10 weeks...Maybe more like 16weeks...the reason I say this is it gives your body time to get use to the new muscle and make it more solid, before you come off...then do the correct PCT, and I would bet you will hold on to more muscle better..Also, make sure your diet is in check...if you getting alot of water weight, that could be from diet...(to much processed carbs, sodium,ect) ..Also, look into a good anti-E for your next cycle...arimadex at .5mg EOD or 3 X a week, would be a good start...So how about something like this...

Week 1-2 500mg Sust. (get the fast acting test in ya, quickly to start gaining right away)
200-300mg EQ or Deca (what ever you think will work best for your body, I like EQ better, but it increase my RBC)
30mg D-bol per day (run this for 4 weeks)
.5 mg of Arimadex 3 X per week

Week 3-12 500-750mg Sust. per week
400mg EQ or Deca per week
.5 mg Arimadex EOD or 3 X per week

Week 13-16 Taper the Sust down from 500/750mg per week to 250mg per week
Taper the EQ or Deca down from 400mg per week to 200mg per week
.5 mg Arimadex EOD or 3 X per week

Weeks 18-20 PCT (novadex, Clomid, HCG)
