Hey everyone this is juan diesel... Posting my last pics of me 1 one week out.... I'm deff going to be fuller and sharper for this show, lets see how well i can do... Thanks everyone is rx muscle for all the great support and motivation..

His lower back dose looked fucked up. But for the most part he looks pretty good.

In the pics he is about 235lbs...but on stage will be right at 225lbs (heavy)

his ht. is 6-0 or 5-11

From his web site, he says he is 5' 11". It's possible he tore something back there because he earlier photos don't show anything like that--either that or it's just flexing strangely.

damn hes got a real nice shape... and for 6 ft tall he still has room to grow it looks.

His waist is small, he's definitely got a lot of room to grow, but I think he'll do well at Nationals

Really, he's only 5'11"? I don't know why I thought he was like 6'1" or 6'2".
