Which method do you use when coming on to a cyc after a few months off?
 
ditto usually start on 1/2 ml, didnt know if anyone had better luck just throwing a good amount it at first

I would go all out and front load with shorter acting esters as well as frontload with some strong orals for the first 10-14 days.

SO I would say "go all out!" or as you put it = Shock System
 
i do the same, I usually use a supertest blend so the short acting esters kick in right away and the long acting esters gradually come into play
 
Id love to do that right about now w anadrol and try test suspension, along w a few other goodies, but I told myself no more anadrol, and also that I'll let myself heal till march =( what a long couple months

about 4 months ago, I went in the gym, at the time I was going in heavy 6 days a week, not letting myself heal bc I was jobless and bored, and I warmed up, than my buddy wanted to to straight bar skull crushers, which I hate bc my form never feels right, on the 3rd set I popped the bar up, not even heavy at all, and as I was putting it down toward my head "pop!!!.........Pop!!!!" 2 pops heard from my spotter that was 5 feet away, I pressed up with my left hand enuf so that the right didnt drop on my face, got an mri and I had a tricep tendon tear about 90% of the way, about 1 inch promiximal from olecrenon process (on forearm) where it attaches. I had surgery in which he had to fish it out, so 5 inch scar, a shit ton of scar tissue at first, when I woke from surgery I was screaming "fuck" worst pain I ever felt, they gave me a nerve block, which is pretty serious, and after the 1st week went by from a 90 degree angle I had about 5 degrees of motion in either direction. 1 1/2 months later almost had all my range of motion, 2 months after I had range of motion, but could barely do 10 pounds on sit down bench, Now im up to 3 plates on that arm for 10, before surgery I could do 5 plates w that arm for 2 (hammer strength )

yeah sorry about that novel sized reply I left, but yeah im doing my best to try and wait, it just sucks when ur arms shrink a few inches and u lose weight and gain a couple percent fat... muhhh 2010 was not a good year for me, but im getting back in the swing of weights again, a PT guy works out at my gym and said if u tear it again ur done, dont worry about lifting heavy, so I have that sitting in the back of my mind at all times, I need to find out what the least amount of weight I can do to get to a good (unpuffy) 205 lol
