Have you ever wondered how many people would go to the gym if it only had free weights?

I know 3/4 of my gym members would never be seen again. lol

That would definitely be true at mine. I prefer free weights over machines although I do use machines for certain things, but I could certainly make do without

i know if there was a 'no fraternizing' rule then everyone but me would be outta my gym.
if people lifted half as much as the gabbed then maybe they'd look better

yeah i know right! Then they look at you all pissed off because you look good, and they don't
