true we have a guy in our gym who trains in coat, sweats and long sleeves in the dead of summer so go figure

Yea, people are strange, but I'm sure if you ask the guy at your gym, there's a reason behind it. I always wear a beanie, no matter how hot, but that's not as drastic as a coat and sweats in summer

its never 12 degrees here, so this video must have been from about 3-4 weeks ago when d/fw hit the record lows.

I know a guy who works out in that same gym in arlington. I told him he's crazy. I would die of heat stroke in an non air conditioned gym in the texas summer heat
