yeah ive seen this before and it works. almost the form of a gymnast. Lee looks to be staying in better shape these days...Like the dungeon type gym...good stuff

Never seen them done that way. I've got that powertec rack at home. Nice rack. Commercial strength quality.

interesting... now to see if I want to do them or hold back bc the tricep.. murrrr

wonder when that video was taken? He's looking pretty thick. Also will try at end of next chest workout

Interesting, I have never seen dips done like that before. They always teach you to cross your legs underneath at school. Is this the way gymnasts do it? I'm going to have to try this way.

yes. think of the rings and pushing yourself up on the parallel bars etc. This movement is duplicated in those events.

On another note, try this for your next back workout. When doing chins, put your legs in front of your or at 90 degrees so you form and L shape...bet it feels totally different and definitely harder...try and see for yourself

I've tried those once and they are definitely harder. I think I could only get a few whereas I can normally get about 15.

Tried a few of these last night, and DAMN, they are hard but really hit the chest and triceps far better than when your legs are crossed underneath you.

Tried them again, and I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to do more of them this time. Gives an awesome pump compared to the other way.
