alcohol prep pad warning

I found this on one of the other boards...
there is a company called TRIAD that makes prep pads for various companies such as CVS and Walgreen...

they did a massive recall last month on the pads as they have been contaminated and are not sterile...

you might want to do a search and see if the prep pads you are using were made by this company

guess what, the pads I was using were from on the outlets that this company provides for and guess what...I just had one hell of an abscess lanced

the pads are tainted with bacillus cereus...FUCKING FOOD POISONING! or at least it's most common in food poisoning

oh don't worry this whole abcess thing has gotten better, I went to the wound care center today and they are gonna do an operation on me tomorrow.

they are gonna make the lance BIGGER so the puss and blood has more room to drain out and they are also gonna proceed to push and squeeze all the shit out again. VERY PAINFUL!

and for some reason the antibiotic isn't working as well as it should

oh and BTW the FDA knew about it and waited like 2 months before ordering the recall...

good to see they are looking out for the tax payers best interest-we only pay their salaries but not their bribes...

ok so here's the update, I went into the hospital last Tues. and got out last Sun. they CUT a fucking hole 6x3x3 inches in my upper glute (that's a little bigger than a cig. pack)
that's the chunk of flesh I'm missing right now

the culture came back was NOT MRSA-it came back neg. the doctor's said that there is no way the antibiotics could have killed anything like staph off that quick, which leads me to believe it was the tainted prep pads...

so here I am with a chunk of flesh missing because some greedy assholes didn't want to do a recall

the culture showed negative how can I prove anything? Even though I still have the tainted pads and can send those off to the lab, can't prove that it was them that caused the abcess.

I'm not sue happy or anything but this is just bullshit that they purposely put people's health at risk
