My palms started sweating before I clicked it. I'm glad none got really hurt. I can chuck at it now, I just didn't want to see anyone get hurt. Some really cooks on their I'll tell ya that much.

I've had 300+ fall on my throat so having that done, I guess I can relate to some of those. It was a fluke accident, didn't hurt anything at all. It actually pumped me up more for my comp just a few days later

Your lucky that you are alive today, that would have crushed everything but your nuts. Do you realize how lucky you are?

One of my clients is a doctor . she saw a guy come in dead . Barbell fell on his throat . No one around his garage gym when it happened .

341.5# in the 165# powerlifting class. My bench has always been shitty, but at the same meet I squatted 501.5 and deadlifted 468.2. Wasn't bad for me, but I haven't done any comps since then. I suffered an injury that set me back a long time and figured I'd stick to bodybuilding since there isn't AS much of a risk of injury
