That's cool, from what you can tell, you look bigger than 196. I'm trying to get my girl to take some pics of me here in the next day or so. I wanna start a prep thread leading up to next year's show. Take pics maybe once a month or so.

Or, next time you could just put the camera on the counter and set the timer then go into another room while the picture is taken. Hey Metal, are you on cycle right now or staying off. I know at one point you had talked about going natural for an extended period.

I'd like to get up to 190-200, but as lean as I'm staying right now, it's going to be hard

I've put on 25 pounds since I started back from my injury and have improved upon ALL of my weak points so I'm not going to complain, but it's hard as well to get the calories I need while eating the things I do. Which is why I'm logging things now and taking a careful look at what needs tweaked in order to grow
