A buddy of mine who works in collection sent me this website. You simply put in ANYONES cell phone number your looking to locate and the system uses a series of satellites to locate the cell phone your trying to track down...It will pull up a live map (google maps) and show you the exact location where the phone is at...address and street level photo.

Its simple, 99% of cell phones being carried today have built in GPS. Even though the user may not use the GPS portion of the phone it is still accessable by satellite for tracking purposes...

I just used a site similar to this yesterday, you can find out who owns the phone, where it was originally bought, carrier and all of that kind of info
