Had to use a different room hence the different lighting. I'm really focusing on the hams, glutes, and back. My girl also took a few pics before I was totally in the pose, but I think it's a good indication of my condition.
Yeah they are. You can see some great separation in my hams and glutes too, but I'm worn thin. These last two weeks are going to be rough. Sodium is still very high, but I'm cramping despite 2+ gallons of water a day. I'm taking supplemental calcium and zinc and magnesium, but other than training on high carb days in very flat and not vascular at all
