This always seems to come up on boards, and honeslty at one time I was guilty to. But everyone always wants to know what AAS is best for bulking or cutting. This thread always seems to pop up about every other month on a bodybuilding board somewhere. So here is the answer.

for Bulking -

Buy whatever you can afford, test, deca, dbol. Stacking 2 AAS together will prob, give you better results. If your a newbie, using less is best. If your a vet, ofcourse you need to use more. But, here is the KEY...EATING, and TRAINING (INTENSITY) ...You gotta eat, you gotta get your protein in, not McD's or Burger King. Yes, every once awhile you can do that. But not 3 times a day or whatever. You gotta get in the cals, but they have to be good cals. Not JUNK. Steak, chicken, whole eggs, fatty fish, ect, ect. Good carbs, potatoes, oats, pasta, wheat bread, ect, ect. Good foods...Honeslty, anything you use, as long as its real is going to work well. You just got to EAT, and TRAIN your ass off. THAT is the KEY...

With correct eating, and training. Any, type of AAS will work for bulking up. I mean hell, try a cycle of test prop, tren ace and winny V...I would bet, that you will grow and get leaner to, if your diet is on point. Or if your really upping the cals, you will bulking up with holding less water weight. The weight gain might not be as noticable on the scale, but your body will change up alot.

I've noticed even at this stage my body responds better to low doses. As Chris said food, sleep, intensity, and living the lifestyle everyday is what's important for constant gains.
Precontest seems to be a more important time for pharmaceutical aids, but that is also dependent on what level you are competing at.
I learned the hard way that high doses not only DON'T help me build more muscle, they actually make me sick and less able to grow.
It's all about the balance.
 
Now on cutting gear, there is a difference, on what to use. But, at the novice level or even regional level shows. It doesnt make a huge difference. At the National level shows correct gear makes a differnce, but honeslty its more about using HGH at higher doses and other peptides to seem to get that size and look.

As for actully cutting a good cycle of test prop or susp. with tren ace, and winny v will do the trick. With correct dieting, cardio and training. Read that last line again. DIETING, CARDIO and TRAINING. Nothing will beat those 3 things. Dieting, training and cardio come first. Then the gear comes next. Once you learn that diet and training are the key's to getting leaner or growing, you will be on your way to your goals.

A good novice level cycle would look like this

test prop 100-200mg 3 x a week
Tren ace 50-75mg 3 x a week
winny v (oral) 50mg ED, (inj) 100mg 3 x a week
arimadex .5mg EOD or 3 x a week

add on's if you can afford it

clen and t3 (doses depend conditioning)
HGH 2-4iu's per day (if never used before 2 iu's is plenty)


Now if your a vet of the sport and your moving up the ladder on your shows, then adding in masteron or proviron will help with the hardnes and density of the muscle's. Halo the final 4 weeks will help with hardness to, but for me I was never a fan of it. It made me feel like crap. I think anadrol the final month (or the whole cycle) helps alot with keeping the size and fullness. If you can afford to do up to 8 iu's of HGH the final 3 months it will help with your overall look, plus get you into shape that much faster. HGH, can totally change your look. I think IGF can also help in simular ways that HGH helps. Staying fuller, helping out with leaness, keeping muscle on. It seems with peptides the more you can use the better effects you get. But, sides can be worse to ofcourse. Some people will need to use a stronger anti E,. such as Letrozole over arimadex. Im not a huge fan of letro, as it kills my joints.

I thought that all you had to do was use steroids to get big. I didn't know you had to do anything other than sit around the house?? I guess I'm as clueless as every other idiot that thinks this lol
