i guess more than guys but ppl in general. . not to seem like a dick, and its diff on here because we all share give and take info and all know we are serious about our goals. But how do you guys deal with ppl constantly," wanted you to "make" me a workout"," do a diet for me", . . "tell me what you eat", "what do you take?". . on and on and on. . I mean you know youd be wasting your time NORMALLY. . because obviously they think your doing something that worked over night. i mean do they think you should just take hours of your time to tell them all this?? i try not to be rude but it pisses me off. okay was my vent moment. :moon:

I hate that shit, and you have to be a bit of a dick, which i have no issue being ,lol.
 
Sometimes I try not to be a dick b/c everyone already thinks I am. I'm told it's how I carry myself and the looks I give people?? I stand up straight and I may stare at people as I'm leaning over a bench, but other than that I keep to myself.
After so many years I tell them exactly what they don't want to hear. I eat 3lbs of meat a day along with fish, rice, bagels, etc. All the supplements you take are garbage and there is no such thing as "tone". If you squat less than my wife direct your questions to her. That would be those that can't do 235lbs for 18 reps.
 
Strange...I never get these requests. ha. Must say something about my current physique. lol. :D

Well, a long time ago when I was in shape I would get the occasional comment or request...but I tried to never make eye contact or talk with anyone in the gym so there would never be an opportunity for them to make conversation.

Haha guess i am on the other side of this Bro, being a trainer im consistantly selling my knowledge and to some i get that it can be annoying.

Not to get too diplomatic here but never doubt the knowledge someone has to offer regardless of their appearance or professional experience, even in this sport. I get that our egos sometimes liberate us and give light to our own pride but sometimes people can suprise you.

Sersiously ppl need to piss off. You look the way you do for a fu*k*** reason right? Its not like you got their by screwin the shit out of some sheep and hoardin back like a corn fed meal. I like to challenge that shit personally, i find most people have no idea of what it really takes, enhanced or not, to look like a chiselled god. Tell them to go write down 3 days of what their currently doing and then get back to you when their done or stop wasting your time. Chances are theyll never talk to you again haha
