When bulking , say your going to bed at midnight
When should your last intake of carbs be at
If workout ends at 630pm.

I usually take 80 grams postworkout, should I consume more afterwards?
 
man thats a tough one, everyone is diffrent and responds diffrent to carbs at night. my self, i do about 70g from oats before bed. try it out before bed man, see if you start retaining water or you notice Body fat increase then you'll kinda know where you sit.

keeping glycogen levels as high as possible is always my train of thought, keep carbs complex during the night i think you should be fine.
 
i would say post workout carb and one more complex carb before bed but when i was all in bulking i would eat turkey on wheat bagels twice during the night as well. didnt look too pretty but had to build that foundation, for me being 6'1 180 natty it had to be done.

Not to hijack but my question is the reverse. Im on a cutting cycle and hang my head at 10PM usually. I was told minimal carbs after 5 PM and if you do carb, make them fibrous meaning green veggies in small amounts, can anyone confirm that?
 
Bro I'm the worst to ask for this but when bulking I eat carbs anytime...even if I wake up middle of the nite hungry

I do as well. If you think you might be putting on a bit more pudge than you would like, throw in some cardio, but I make sure my muscles are burning carbs and not protein.
