one of my wisdom tooth was growing upside down , and it was welded to the jaw bone cause i ignored it for years , and to remove it , they had to break a small part of my jaw and it took 2 month to heal , i wasn't eating at all , was living on soup and water, pain was terrible like you can't imagine, and the hard thing was to put back all that weight again.

From the pics, it looks like you are starting very lean, so you should be able to pack on some good pounds. Good luck, Joe.

Damn bro, that's a pretty serious setback, but muscle memory will serve you well. I dropped from 178 to 140 when I broke my arm so I was in the same boat as you to some degree. I was depressed and wasn't eating and it took me a while to get back into the swing of the gym, but since I've been back I've been packing on the weight I lost as well and I'm actually stronger now than I've ever been so you'll be good and you're making great gains

i know , it's awful when you loose all your gain just like that and you can't do anything about it , it took me even 8 month to get back to the gym , knowing that i will have to start all over again, i am 6'1 so being 140-145 lbs is like skin and bones , my goal is to hit 200lbs as lean as i can and keep that gains. and i think with what i am doing now , i am on track so fingers crossed

Looks like its been a couple weeks, updates, or start a log with pics from beginning to end
