I think the best things for forearms is to 1) use a fat bar for your exercises, 2) farmer's walks 3) static hold as much weight as you can for as long as you can. Those will give you a strong grip.
 
really? I rarely do them, and when I do its typically the 2nd one mentioned

I them all the time.. I need to start doing the again.. We would watch the clock and see how long we could hang on..

Agreed, the static grip hold has done wonders for my grip strength
