Chris when you say eat nothing, would that include a small protein shake w/water? I was kicking around trying mine before I run at 4:30AM w/only a 20 grams of whey in me, some coffee and NO Explode. My goal is fat loss, esp. my abs as they are whats keeping me from being onstage.
personally I use BCAA pre workout about 10 grams worth...with preworkout energy formula to wake me up...thats it....do this about 4 am most morning's doing my cardio by 5am...eat first meal by 6 am ...Grits and hydro whey shake
