Who here uses GH?

Chris when you say eat nothing, would that include a small protein shake w/water? I was kicking around trying mine before I run at 4:30AM w/only a 20 grams of whey in me, some coffee and NO Explode. My goal is fat loss, esp. my abs as they are whats keeping me from being onstage.


personally I use BCAA pre workout about 10 grams worth...with preworkout energy formula to wake me up...thats it....do this about 4 am most morning's doing my cardio by 5am...eat first meal by 6 am ...Grits and hydro whey shake

Do you feel grits to preferable to oatmeal w/egg whites as first meal?
 
Morning or middle of the night is best time to take hgh, IMO... I think when your blood sugar is lower, GH works better overall (for fat loss)...Now im not sure, if eating carbs when you take GH will minimize effects. but I do notice when I take it in the early morning, and eat nothing do cardio, I lean up ALOT that week. So that is the way I take it now...

as for the pre workout, Ill have to give that a shot..thanks Jenn

I'm gonna try that too plus what you had said in earlier posts. Via the advice of a ahem so called expert, been doing mine at bedtime for a long time and I cant see much in bodyfat loss for a while. Maybe a different time is part of the missing link

well this meal is the meal right before I head into work...the hydro whey cause I can just shake it up in my water bottle. the grits I take in a microwavable container and nuke it. takes me about 5 mins to drink and eat, then I can start my work...reason I got with grits over oats is just becasue I've gotten tired of oatmeal over the years...nothing more than that...im sure ill go back to oats, but for now...its what I like
