What the word bro any updates?

Its funny you ask, after uping the dose, all of the sudden my midsection as gotten alot tighter. Also very happy with the way my chest is responding to it.Very tight and full all the time.

I think that's the magic of it. It makes every bodypart respond better and also seems to be a very strong repartitioning agent. I'm always looking for the fat that I should be accumulating, but I'm always pleasantly surprised.

Looking for some help from all of you with experience

I am looking for some advice. I am not a bodybuilder but am lookin to lean out, gain some muscle (not interested in being huge), increase my recovery and get some anti-aging effects. I was looking at taking 100mcg Ipam and 100mcg GRF 1-29 twice per day... OR IGF-1 20-40mcg.
Which would be better for me and my goals or would you recomend something else? I am 38 years old, male, in decent shape with a some fat around mid section and just getting back into working out but commited to it 5 days per week.

I am very pleased with the results I have gotten for MC's IGF. Have to say there is nothing like it that gives you that feeling during training.

2 days on both. back on both now, IGF is now 100mcg 4 times a day.

Good Lord! lmao, well i cant say im surprised, like I said before I know a couple pros who use twice that amount daily, and your well on your way, so I guess its par for the course brutha!:thumbsup:
