What are you guys and gals taking to improve your digestion? I'm currently not taking anything and I think it's time to start or at least a certain part of my anatomy is screaming for it! :uhoh:
I'm a big believer in chobaniGreek yogurt. I've been eating it first in the AM and rt before bed. It's not the best tasting stuff but it helps. I also take acidophilus too pretty regularly.
I love that stuff! I like to put some fruit in it and a packet of stevia and go to town. I try to eat 1 cup a day, I guess I didn't realize how benifical the acidophilus was for digestion. When I run out of fruit that's when I tend to skip some days and I bet that inconsistency isn't helping.

If you get the fruit flavored ones that have the fruit in the bottom I think they taste great, but the unflavored or regular one made me want to punch myself

I would also try eating more RAW brocolli on daily basis. I've been doing it about a month and can tell a difference in my bowel
Movements (sooty if that's TMI). So it's I know it's helping clean out my insides.
Digestive Enzymes, one with every meal. I can tell when I need to take them, get very bloated even on reduced calories. Now brand makes a good one that I use and they are cheap.
Lots of good ideas! I'll keep up with the greek yogurt for sure and I'll add an enzyme. I'm already taking 3 or 4 different NOW brand supps so I may as well add another one! lol
