My foot has been killing me for the past couple of weeks and I'm almost certain it's plantar fasciitis. I had it years ago, but went away when I dropped a lot of weight. Lately I've been weight training and running about 10-12 miles per week and think it caused it to flair up again. I've been trying to stay off my feet too much and been wearing shoes most of the time at home to avoid stepping on the hardwood floors barefoot. I also bought some shoe inserts for high arches.
I've tried wrapping my arches and taping my feet, but not sure if its going to cause more issues in the future. Any tips or tricks to get over this quicker?
