Im sure a few of you can sympathize with my new situation life has sprung on me. A few weeks ago I started a new job in the Insurance world. I leave the house at 645am and do not clock out until 5pm. I still do Personal Training part time and my first client is 6pm-7pm and then a 7pm-8pm. From there I go straight to the gym. I've been doubling up on my pre workout and I am still dragging ass and just unmotivated because Im so damn tired.
Good news is I can eat at my desk anytime I want so getting my meals in isn't hard. Im still maintaining ABOUT 250g protein a day.
Any advice for those with long days how to keep that gymflow strong after a 14 hour work day?
