Been on 9 weeks now and its getting worse. Mostly from which ever way I sleep my freaking arms go to sleep and get numb, I guess putting on some 20 lbs or so in the past 4 months hasnt helped lol. I have a natural sleep pill I take now but thinking about taking some more tylenol pm that shit knocks me out.

yeah that sucks, my arms use to fall asleep a lot! How many hours do you think ur getting a night brutha?

Look into some nighttime recovery supps. I've had great luck with some. The only actually "sports supplements" I use. Here's a few of them that I've had great luck with in order of results.

1. Animal PM
2. MRI Red Repair
3. Nutrition53 Sleep1
4. Westside Performance Nutrition Escape

These all have natural sleep aids and GH releasers as well as amino profiles to help speed up recovery. They work amazing! And on Animal PM you'll have the most fucked up and vivid dreams ever! Lol.

Look for a combination of some/all of these ingredients:

Phenibut
GABA
ZMA
Melatonin
Valerian
Fenugreek
Glutamine
Hops
Mucuna Prurians

Id say 4-6 hours Presser, I love getting a full 8 tho. Thanks Brusier I'll look into them.

Yeah if i could sleep 8 hours a night i would be happy as hell! I get 5-6 now, which is better then a couple months ago when i was getting 4-5. I actually sleep threw the night now, atleast i have the last few weeks,

Just wait till the twins (right?) are here. You will be back down to 3-4 hours sleep a night brother

lol, yeah prolly! I hope they are like my first daughter was and sleep well and threw the night, she was a dream child! However it only takes one of the new twins to be a cranky baby, and wake the other one crying, lol , my mother-in-law will be staying with us at first to help out im sure! Lets get back to you, lol, im getting freaked out thinking about my upcoming lack of sleep, lmao

I haven't slept 8 hours since we had our first kid 8 years ago.

Look into Amitritylene bro. It is used to for migranes now a days but if you take a couple before bed it relax's you. It doesn't keep you asleep though but even if I wake up 3-4 hours later I feel real good and I'm able to fall back asleep. It's cheap, not even worth the copay with insurance, like $10 to fill the script. Love that stuff.

Believe it or not, fats before bed put me to sleep

And my arms always fall asleep... I've been laying on my stomach more, that way my arms aren't all crunched up

PN makes a product called Lights Out that has good combo of sleep aids in it. Going to be adding some Tren A to the mix next week to finish off the last 5 weeks of dieting and tren screws my sleep up pretty bad. I'm going to order some and I'll let you know what I think.

Yeah exbeanpole, def let us know how it works out for you, i'll be starting tren back up on week 12 here in a few weeks

I can't remember a night where I didn't wake up and one of my arms completely limp and sit there and stare at it waiting for it not to come back lol

Just curious, my arms fall asleep a lot too, it seems to happen when I'm on deca. Is that supposed to be a side effect? Has anyone else noticed it happening worse when they are running deca?

I have to sleep on my side with three pillows in between my arms. I can't breath (CPAP), I can't sleep (insomnia), and random shit falls asleep every night. I need more ambien

never heard of it being a side. I'd say for me it's just the extra weight and attempting to find a comfortable position to sleep in. I use a lot of pillows to hold my head up striaght and straddle pillows so my back doesn't hurt.

its the added water retention putting ur arms asleep, i read years ago it had to do with the water retention putting pressure on ur blood flow, something like restricting ur blood vessels
