The average guy at the gym will never really understand what it takes to build a body that is well muscled and balanced not to mention what it takes to prep for a show and get on stage. They think "man all I need some are steriods to turn myself into a hulk!" Having no idea the steroids are nothing more than a piece of the puzzle. I have some younger friends that do one PH cycle after another and loose all thier gains each time due to the lack of consistent training, shitty diet, a half assed pct, and not enough rest. Tell the nosey fukers you work your ass in the gym, your diet is flawless down to the single calorie, and get enough sleep. Tell them it's a 24 hour a day, 7 days a week, 360 days out of the year, life time commitment.....then punch them in the face! LOL
