Best exercises for peaking the bicep

Any suggestions guys? I've tried everything, maybe its just my genetics.

I have try everything bro. I think you either have a peak or you don't. I think genetics have a large roll in this. My wife is a 135 lbs. And she has awesome peck.. :banghead::banghead::banghead:

Genetics play a big part but I've added some much needed size to my peaks by doing 3/4 reps on a EZ curl bar. On the negative portion of the movement I go slightly below a 90 degree bend in my elbows probably about 70 degrees and start the movement back up and squeeze them as hard as you can at the top. By staying at 60-70 degrees you keep the load on the bicep through the entire movement. Going lower will stretch the muscle but very little of the bicep is actually used to move the weight from a straight armed position. You can always stretch between sets.

Lol yeah real old school , I haven't seen or heard people doing them in ages

Second that. 21 use to be a staple in my bicep workout routine.. I have biceps tomorrow so I'm going to throw them into my arm workout.

my way really works them well but I dont do them often enough-
get 20s or 25s bend your knees feet together
extend 1 arm straight out slowly with palm down clasping DB
than curl in twisting your pinky into a supinated position as much as you can at the end.
1 arm at a time, easy to show hard to explain

hammer curls? really? I feel like that does nothing on my peaks, I was doin sets w 75's for a while at the end of my workout for hammers and I don't think anything changed other than how easy it got. I feel llike goin supinated is the only thing that hits that area for me

Incline seated dumbbell curls. These helped me build a decent peak. Now I hardly train biceps at all and only do hammers now

That's because you've already got some sick peaks! LOL! I remember the "gun show" thread from a while back and your peaks were awesome.
