Alright, a bit of info about me.
29, accomplished bencher, competes in PL, Pro bench, and training to compete in the Arnold Classic 2015... have to make a bench qualifier first.

Weight current 216lbs

Weight goal: fuck either 198 or 220
Bench Qualifier needed: 445lbs at 198 or 495lbs at 220.

Last competition Max: 470lbs

Current approximate max: 475lbs off a two board

Traditional Cycle: Test / Tren / Anadrol [I swear most anadrol i get sucks]
Traditional Problems: Gyno, prolactin, sickness from Prami -- # OVER IT !

New compounds on hand: EQ / Tbol / M1T -- Never used any of the 3
Also may have some Methyltrienolone coming (anyone use it?)

Competition date: Oct 25

Theoretical goals: Low dose, long duration, peak for Oct 25. Then Cruise then blast for Arnold.

Thinking:
July: Test / EQ
Aug: Test / EQ
Sept Test / EQ / Tbol
Aug Test / EQ / Tbol / M1T
 
I've said it a billion times and I'll say it again. EQ is by far and away my favorite. I just don't get tired on that stuff. never had Tbol but dbol puts me in the best mood. didn't do much for me strength wise but it's a hell of a mood enhancer.

Where do you dose yours usually? Like I said I am keeping everything low on mine but curious
 
I gave EQ thought bc I need more cals! ckcrown84 1st off props on 470 bro! also, Test, EQ, M1T amazing strength compounds! Methyltrienolone I never used but my buddy has he wasn't happy with it he said it blew him up instead of leaned him out. IMO the best strength gainers are Tren, M1T, Drol, Test, Halotestin & 1-Test Cyp. I may've missed a one LMAO, long day, but with ur goals ur layout should get u to 220... obviously diet dependant... Halotestin can get u down to the 198 if u eat accordingly but w/ EQ many say it's hard not to eat.

I am not worried about my weight. 198 or 220 doesn't matter. 500 is my goal either way :)
Of course ideally I would want that at 198, but as of now the goal is just training, and staying injury free.
Not messing with halo, tren, anadrol, none of that for now. Just EQ / TBOL / M1T
 
I'dd suggest Deca to assist in injury prevention & to keep joints lubed but that's just bc my joints kill me from PLing. U'll be fine tho w/ that stack. Lil bit of Nose Tork b4 lifts haha 500 lbs is a haul... Guys in my PL circle get that weight but weigh 308+ That's a hell of a lift!
 
I don't know how many competitive power lifters are here. i am not one so what i recommend is just observation. Seems if weight is not an issue water retention drugs are a plus for tissue leverage. So test, deca, anadrol, dianabol are ones to look at. For strength without water anavar and Halo are two to look at. In my experience nothing adds strength like trenbolone. If it was me I would probably stay pretty mild working up to the contest an then the last 6 weeks peak the drugs to push the peak. Personally, I can push my strength up just fine with a few hundred milligrams. It's all in diet and the training. then peaking higher with upping things and adding strength compounds after putting in the work works.

So any weight I gain I want to be slow and clean and mostly a result of diet. Plus I want to keep sides very low so low dose test/eq/tbol and some m1t at the end is my "safe" route.
Also being that I am sick of estrogen like sides (e.g. prolactin from 19-nors [deca/tren] and anadrol weirdness) I want to avoid those compounds just because I am sick of the shit. Trust me it gets old :) I will blast some Tren Ace 4-6 weeks before the Arnold for sure but until then screw that noise.

All that being said i accidentally got excited regarded the M1T and EQ and started them today. Whoops.
Looks like Im going to do

EQ: 500
M1T 25 days at 20mg - then lay off the orals until sept then Tbol it up.

You weren't really clear on weight. 198 or 220 is a range. One you would have water weight you ciyld play with. the other not so much. Don't think re-reading is an issue. Good luck with your goals.

No big deal bud, I said "198 or 220" meaning I would want to weigh 197-198lbs on the dot or 219-220lbs on the dot. In PL these are weight classes. If you weigh 199 you would be fucked and compete in 220 class if you were 221 you would be fucked and compete in 242 class. So 198 and 220 are maximal limits that you would not want to fall above and definitely not too far below. No point competing in 220 class if you are 210 for example.

Also in PL, I know some do it but they have more experience then I do, its generally ideal not to CUT a bunch of weight last minute. Personally I would avoid this tract and I try to keep my eating honed in so I am within 2-3lbs of my goal weight class

Are you talking about the otc M1T or the oldschool methyl 1 test?

Also, side note... had any luck with otc prohormones that really helped with strength?

I'm trying EQ for the first time now as well. Going to run 400 and see how it feels. May bump it up later, but as a first go I'll keep it there..

I will be keeping all my stuff low this time. Less is more philosophy, and just concentrate on training.
 
Methyltrienolone - I believe this was this mystical Methyl-Tren sold Methyl-TST or Methyl-TRN.

If I am right this stuff was dosed in MCG range. Like half of a milligram. Max dose like 2.5 mg/day

As for M1T. I never took the stuff. But you can still purchase legally from UK.
I am surprised you have access to all these older PH/DS

For PURE Strength gains I would suggest SUPERDROL for your last few weeks and during competition.
You seem to have access to RARE stuff. So maybe you can source it. If not the UK also sells this.
I really like Superdrol.
I have seen amazing results at 10 mg for 3 weeks.
Luckily I stocked up preban.

Yeah I sometimes we tend to go overboard and just think if we load up it will get the job done. I am gonna stick to my guns and really just concentrate on my training and keep the gear use under a gram.

That sounds like a really good plan brother. Keep us updated. I'm sittin at 1.75 grams a week since I added the NPP, but my joints need it at my age... lol
