I have a question about my triceps..... So i'm using 40 mcg a day. What do y'all do with your tris? do y'all pin one muscle then the next day the other? or split up the doze 10 each tri? Last week i did 2 days in a row, so i did 20 in one tri and the next day i did 20 in the other. Just not sure what the best procedure is......
