Water-Based Test Suspension?? Is This Correct??

Hey Fellas,

I've been looking for a decent water-based Test Suspension recipe and I'm thinking this one will work. Although, I haven't tried it out, so I'm wanting some feedback.

Or, if anyone has a nice recipe they want to share, It'd be greatly appreciated. I had some Test Base powder fall in me lap........

Water-Based Test Suspension

2g Test Base
~14.25ml Bac Water
.6ml BA
.4ml Polysorbate 80
4ml BB

1. Add Bacteriostatic water to a sterile 20ml vial.
2. Add test base, BA, ps80, and 2ml BB to a beaker. Heat until clear (note - test base has a very high melting point so if it smokes a bit its OK)
3. Let test base cool a bit
4. Draw up solution in a 5cc syringe. Attach a .45 syringe filter to the 5cc syringe and filter into the Bac water in the vial. Do this quickly so the test base doesn't have time to cool in the water. The test base will titrate out of the solution. IMPORTANT - Only filter 1cc at a time as to not let the base crash in the syringe.... VERY IMPORTANT!!
5. Swirl gently until mixed and then shake the shit out of it.
6. Purge the filter with 2ml of BB, shake and swirl.

This will yield 20ml of micronized water based test suspension at 100mg/ml

Yeah, I agree superman. I'm not sure what I want to go with yet. Maybe some guys can give me conversions for both. I know Presser hates water-based Test due to a very bad experience. I was just gonna use it pre-workout anyway cause I just have 2 grams. I did read somewhere the oil preperation needed EO which I'm not a fan of.....

Yes sir!!! That recipe works well. You have to work quickly once its almost boiling though. Clumps up easy as shit. But, this has not had much PIP at all and is the BOMB!! Feels like a mild Prop shot the next day. I just shake it up to resuspend the suspension before drawing it up. Plus, I hold the vial under hot running water for a couple of min prior to it as well.....

presser ive been going crazy brewing tne,I've tried multiple recipes on this board,meso,steriod.com,afboards.I think a lot of these guys on the net are parroting people & actually don't have any experience

I used the same recipe. Worked ok. I feel the dosing is inaccurate because of the test that crystallizes in the filter. So I came up with this idea-

Make the test base solution. Measure how many mls of solution goes into the water.

Prep the water vials

Mix and filter enough solution for all the vials your making, but instead of filtering it directly into the water, I will filter it into a sterile sealed vial. Filter in a little more than will be needed, to account for filter loss.

Then reheat the solution vial, draw out correct amount of filtered solution, and add directly to water vial. (About 7mls solution per 20ml vial)

This gives a much more accurate dose IMO

Hmmmmm..... So many ways to skin a cat...... I do believe the final purge through the filter with 2 ml of BB helps the final concentration. Not saying there isn't some mg/ml lost, but I don't believe its alot IMO. Only reason I say this is from an experiment I performed by testing my Test level pre-injection and 1 hour post injection. My Test level went from 3500 to over 12000 in an hour. I'd hate to think of a higher mg/ml and have it go over 20000.... LMAO!!

But, anyway I love the thought your putting into this.....

Thats why I make my own. Easier to make it with less problems and the newer it is the more likely of less pip. I believe water-based solutions have a much shorter shelf life.... Just my opinion though...

Sterile = sterile and the BA should keep it good right ?

It's frustrating tho, I run out of spots to pin because of knots and swelling. Some are fine, some are terrible. 1cc in the pec for the first time...swollen noticeably for 2 weeks!
