I'll share. I looked my best back in 2011. After having gastric problems and having my gallbladder out, I'm trying to get back to this.

Wow dude! Shoot I wish my best looked as good as your satisfactory.Just like the title says. I looked better when I was in contest shape in 2011, but this is the best one I've got right now. It was about 8 months after my first cervical fusion
