G'Afternoon my fellow MC-brethren'
Before I provide my breakdown & posed question, I would like to preface it by saying, that I just recently joined, after being a 10+ year Vet. on the anabolicminds forums, and with my recent "switch" here, you guys have been pretty outstanding with the help & warm welcome; much appreciated all!
Now enough with the Kumbaya moment, there will be absolutely ZERO swapping-spit in the showers guys, sorry to disappoint, hahahaa.
Alright, here we go.
As I stated in one of my other threads/posts, I am currently 35 years old, with 12+ years of AAS & related compounds experience. I've been training hard since I was literally about 13 or 14 years of age, and have always been involved in one contact/military/combat sport in some capacity. After getting engaged to my Lady, looking after her three youngsters, taking online classes at the local University, and performing Oil & Gas land/lease research, the domesticated life has most assuredly taken over; completely! I am now "living it up" as a full-time fat & lazy civilian, and no excuses, have simply put my health & body to the rear of the aircraft.
Eating dog shit, sedentary life and no exercise has taken its respective toll, also been about six years since my last cycle, and it's about fucking time to get back on the horse and get serious. I am well over 50 pounds than where I should be, with body fat sitting at "shit-level" as well (LOL). Obviously FIRST on the agenda, BEFORE anything else, is getting my diet/meal-program and training back on point, which I started a few months back. That said, I want to now introduce some "parties" back into my system, but never being in this spot before, even with Veteran experience, I am a tad muddled as to which cycle to throw together given my current stats/situation, etc.
Back in the day, let's say when I was 25 or so, I would have tossed in the kitchen sink mentality, with a notable dose of Test & Tren at the forefront; not any longer lmfao... My goal is to simply drop some much needed poundage & body fat (diet being the completely critical element here), but also placing a rather large emphasis on getting my "functional strength" back. I imagine the days of repping 125 dumbbells on overhead seated shoulder press or 150's on incline dumbbell press just "might" be out of the realm of possibilities, at least at this current juncture.
Bottom line: I need to drop weight and get my strength back; life change at this point.
Ergo, I'm looking to you all, my peers here, as to suggestions on a "basic" cycle to potentially run here in the next few months. I'm considering just a solid dose of Test Cyp. or Enth. (possibly a multi-Test blend?) solo AAS-wise & some Growth, for several months, until my weight & fat reach a level where using other compounds would actually then be able to perform better, and subsequently yield better results, etc. However, I know Primo. in particular, is known for being a total physique-changer, which could indeed, actually serve me very well at this point. Other compounds I have considered are: Mast. and Var. (however, they wouldn't really benefit me at current weight/fat % aside from strength gains, etc.), EQ, and maybe & I mean a VERY STRONG maybe, some Tren. (honestly don't know how I/my body would handle it these days).
I defer to your judgement for input on my given quandary Good Sir's!
