Hilma pharma (hilma biocare) major acid from orals

I’ve been using Hilma Pharma for the past 6 weeks and I’m getting major acid problems from their orals
I’ve tried their anavar and anadrol and both I had issues on.
Wanted to know what you could recommend for me in terms of what this means do you think that the products are no good?
I’m literally getting horrible heartburn every time I take them which are affecting my workout
